Leadership Training

Leadership Training for activators 

A leadership training was conducted to the officials of the district common committees related to women headed families, representatives of focus groups and citizen forums as well as district coordinators and animators from Jaffna, Betticaloa, Mannar, Trincomale and Ampara districts in the North and East. 

The participants were trained on different sections such as building up the leadership qualities, capacity building, proper reporting, issue based approach to the community, identify the leaders among the community, social analyzes being participated the public, organize people to find solutions for people issues and build up relationships with media and 

                                                                   disseminate the information to public  

                                                                   in the training.

  
 There were more than 50 participants to the training which was arranged in the training center of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement in Negombo on 14/15 of June 2013. Ms. Menaka Kandasami trained the participants as an invited
