කිලිනොච්චි දිස්ත්‍රික්කය‍‍රික් අරුඹු කාන්තා ෆෙඩරේෂනය, -2021.04.27

ජාතික ධිවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කිලිනොච්චි දිස්ත්‍රික්කය, ධිවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ අරිඹු කාන්තා ෆෙඩරේෂන් 2021 අප්‍රියෙල් මස 27 වන දින ජයපුරම් ගම්මානයේදී පැවැත්වේ. මෙම ෆෙඩරේෂනයේදී වත්මන් සාමාජික සංඛ්‍යාව පිළිබඳව විද්‍යාත්මක තක්සේරුවක් ද නිති විරෝධි මසුන් ඇල්ලීම ඉන්දියන් ට්‍රොලින් ගැටලු පිළිබඳව නවතම රාත්‍රී කාලයේ මුහුදු කූඩැල්ලන් ඇල්ලීම සහ මත්උවදුර ද කාන්තා කාන්තාවන් අවසනාවන්තව මුහුණ දෙන ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය ගැටලුව සම්බන්ධයෙන් ද සාකච්ඡා කළ හැකිය. විශේෂයෙන් කම්බි සිටුවා ධීවර කර්මාන්තය සිදු කිරීම අභ්‍යන්තර හා ඉන්දීය ට්‍රොලින් ආක්‍රමණය පිළිබඳව විශේෂ අවධානය යොමු විය. ඉහත සඳහන් කළ ධිවර ගැටලු පිළිබඳව වලයිපාඩු, පල්ලිකුඩා, ඉරනිමාතා නගර, කිරාන්චි, අන්බුපුරම් සහ නාච්චිකුඩා යන ගම්මාන 06 දායකත්වයෙන් ධීවර පෙත්සමක් අත්සන් කිරීමට යෝජනා විය.

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයට අයත් යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික් ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ සෙල්වපුරම් කාන්තා රැස්වීම 2021 අප්‍රේල් මස 23 වන දින එම ගම්මානයේදී පැවැත්වේ. මෙම රැස්වීම සඳහා කාන්තාවන් 36 දෙනෙකු සහභාගී විය. වර්තමාන සමාජය තුළ කථිකාවතට ලක් වී ඇති ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය අර්බුදය ප්‍රදේශයේද පවතින ප්‍රබල ගැටලුවකි. මෙම ගැටලුවෙන් පීඩා විදින කාන්තාවන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙම කාන්තා රැස්වීමේදී සාකච්ඡාවට බදුන් විය. කාබනික බෝග සහ පාරිසරික කෘෂිකර්මාන්තය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කාන්තාවන් දැනුවත් කිරීම ද මේ හරහා සිදු විය. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික් ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ චිත්‍ර මේනවිය ද සම්බන්ධ වූවා ය.

මඩකලපුව ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ වැලිකකන්ඩි කාන්තා කමිටුවේ මාසික රැස්වීම 2021 අප්‍රේල් මස 20 වන දින එම ගම්මානයේ කාන්තාවන් 15 දෙනෙකු සහභාගී වේ. මෙහිදි කාන්තාවන් අතර ඉතිරි කර ගැනීමේ ක්‍රමය සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කළ අතර කාන්තාවන් ග්‍රාමීය මට්ටමින් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු පිළිබඳව අවධානය යොමු කළ යුතුය. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා මඩකලපුව ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ නීරෝෂා මේනවිය සම්බන්ධ වූවා ය. එමෙන් කනක්ඩි කාන්තාවන් විසින් කාබනික පොහොර යොදා සකස් කළ කාබනික ගෙවතු වගාව ද මනාව සකස් කර ගත් අතර කාන්තාවන් මේ ආකාරයෙන් රසායනික පොහොර ක්‍රම ක්‍රම ක්‍රමයෙන් කාබනික පොහොරවලට නොඑන ලෙස ස්වභාවධර්මයේ අතිශය වැදගත් සන්සිද්ධියක් සඳහන් කර ඇත. ඔවුන් විසින්ම පවත්වාගෙන යන ගොවි කාන්තා කෘෂි උද්‍යානයක් පවත්වාගෙන යන්නේ ඔවුන්ගේ කැපවීම සහ උනන්දුව ලැබීම සතුටට කරුණකි.

කිලිනොච්චි දිස්ත්‍රික් ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ පල්ලිකුඩා ගම්මානයේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ මාසික රැස්වීම සහ එකතුව 2021 අප්‍රේල් මස 17 වන දින පල්ලිකුඩා ගම්මානයේ කාන්තාවන් 20 දෙනෙකු සහභාගී විය. පල්ලිකුඩා ගම්මානයේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ ඉතිරිකිරීමේ ක්‍රමය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කාලානුරූපීව ලබා දුන් කාන්තාවන්ගේ වත්මන් තත්ත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ද ඉදිරි කාලය තුළ ජීවනෝපායාධාර ලබා දීම සඳහා කාන්තාවන් තෝරා ගැනීමේදී සැලකිලිමත් විය යුතු ආකාරය පිළිබඳව ද සාකච්ඡා විය. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා කිලිනොච්චි දිස්ත්‍රික්කය ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණ සදීෂ්වරන් මහතා ද ජෙයරාණි මහත්මිය ද ජීවා යන අය ද සම්බන්ධ වී ඇත.

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ අඩිකාරි කඳවුරේ ජනතාව තවමත් මුහුණ දෙන ඉඩම් ගටලු සහ ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය ලබා ගැනීමෙන් ඇති වූ අපහසුතාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කිරීම 2021 අප්‍රියෙල් මස 15 වන දින එම ස්ථානයේදී සිදු විය. මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී දැනට පවතින ප්‍රජාවක් ඔවුන් විසින් කරන ලද සාකච්ඡාවකදී මෙම ගැටලු නිරාකරණය කරගන්නා ආකාරය පිළිබඳව මෙහි සාකච්ඡා විය හැකි අවස්ථාව සඳහා යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික් ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ සම්බන්ධිකාරක ඉම්බනායගම් මහතා සහ චිත්‍රා මෙනවිය ද සම්බන්ධ වී ඇත.

Mannar District Fisheries Solidarity met the women of Shanthipuram on 7 April 2021. There were 8 women members in the meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to consult the people in order to increase the membership, saving and it educated people the way of joining with the society. Mrs. Priyantha who is the animator of the organization facilitated the meeting.

Mannar District Fisheries Solidarity organized the monthly meeting of women headed families at Uppukulam with 8 women members on 6 April 2021. It concerned the strategies which can be used to develop the income of the women in the society. The women highlighted different issues related to the income generation activities. Mrs. Marry Priyantha who participated in the meeting representing the Mannar District Fisheries Solidarity gathered information and promised to take the issues for future discussions in order to find solutions.

Southern Fisheries Organization in Galle conducted the monthly women meeting of Hennathota on 6 April 2021. The meeting focused on the importance of developing the economic background of women without depending on any person through self strength of the women. As well as, it has concerned different income generation ways of the women that can be developed further with an external support. The meeting has allocated time to discuss the negative impact of the intervention of micro finance loan institutions in the area. There were 15 women in the meeting and Mr. Channa De Silva has facilitated the women's meeting representing the organization.

ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය ලබා ගැනීමෙන් විශේෂයෙන් කාන්තාවන් ඉතා අන්ත අසරණ තත්ත්වයට පත් වීම අද වන විට ඉතා දැවැන්ත ගැටලුවක් බවට පත් විය. ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය උගුලේ සිරවු කාන්තාවන් එක් ප්‍රදේශයකට පමණක් සීමා කොට විකිණීමට නොහැක. අද වන විට මුළු රට පුරාම ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා කාන්තාවෝ විශාල පිරිසක් වින්දිතයෝ බවට පත් වූ අතර සමරහක් කාන්තාවෝ තම දිවියෙන් පවා වන්දි ගෙවා ඇත.

රට පුරා ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර ආයතනය ණයෙන් බැට වීමට බොහෝ කාන්තාවන් පිරිසක් රටේ විවිධ චිත්‍රපට මසණ සංවිධානය කළ ද 2021 අප්‍රියෙල් 06 වන දින ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණයෙන් වින්දිතයන් බවට පත් වූ සමස්ත කාන්තාවෝ ප්‍රදේශයේ සිය දුක්ගැනවිලි නිසි අධ්‍යාපනික අධ්‍යයනය සඳහා හරක්ගොඩ නගරයට පැමිණියහ. . මෙම දැවැන්ත පා ගමන සංවිධානය කළේ ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය නිෂ්පාදනයට පත් වූ කාන්තා එකතුවකි.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පුරා පැතිරී ඇති ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණයෙන් ලක්ෂ 29 ආසන්න පිරිසක් මෙම ණය උගුලේ සිරවී ඇත. මෙම විශාල පිරිසක් කාන්තාවන් වීම ඉතා කණගාටුදායක තත්ත්වයකි. අඛණ්ඩව 30 වන දිනට ලගා ආරම්භ කළ සත්‍යග්‍රහයට ශක්තියක් වූ විවිධ සිවිල් සංවිධාන පැමිණ ඇත අතර ඒ අතර ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරය, ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති ධීවර කාන්තා සංවිධානය, ශ්‍රම අභිමානි ආයතනය, ජනවබෝධ මධ්‍යස්ථානය, පරිසරක ඉඩම් කෘෂිකර්ම ප්‍රවර්ධන ව්‍යාපාරය, විකල්පනි ආයතනය, STAND UP වැනි සංවිධාන සංවිධාන ද මුලතිව් වැලිඔය, වව්නියාව. අනුරාධපුරය, හඟුරන්කෙත, ගාල්ල, කර්මාන්ත, පොළොන්නරුව, මඩකලපුව සහ ත්‍රිකුණාමලය වැනි ප්‍රදේශවලින් විශාල ජන සමූහයක් ද නීය ස්වාමින් වහන්සේලා ද කතෝලික පාලකයන් වන පාවඩි සොහොයුරින් ද මෙම දැවැන්ත ව්‍යාපාරයට හා දැවැන්ත පා ගමනට සම්බන්ධ වී ඇත.

The International Women Day commemoration was organized by National Fisher Women Federation, Civil Society Collective on CEDAW Process and National Fisheries Solidarity Movement under the themes of “ Empower the women food producers” “ Ensure the women’s land rights” at the Mahaveli Center in Colombo on 25 March 2021. Mrs. Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Member of Parliament representing National People’s Power party, Mrs. Sunethra Gunawardana, Secretary of the ministry of Primary Health Care, Epidemics and COVID Disease Control and Mr. Viran Fenandupulle, Privet Secretary of the Minister of Primary Health Care, Epidemics and COVID Disease Control and Mrs. Champa Upsena, Director of Ministry of Women and Child Affairs participated in the commemoration as the chief guests .

As well as, representatives from civil society organizations, district staff and women leaders of network of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement, secretariat staff of NAFSO, religious leaders , wishers and media persons also participated in the event. The commemoration was started with the welcome dance of a young girl from Southern Fisheries Organization in Galle.

The dominant purpose of the commemoration was to build up a discourse in national level related to the Women Advocacy Paper which was prepared by National Fisheries Solidarity Movement with the wider consultation of community in the North, East and South. National Fisheries Solidarity Movement initiated to prepare the Women Advocacy Paper according to the social, economic, cultural and political situation of the women in the north, east and south. The advocacy paper basically has concerned the issues that women face relate to economic, social, culture and political situation on the country. As well as, it has given priority for the main three areas such as loan issues of women, technology o f women producers and market component.

Chief guests especially Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Mrs. Sunethra Gunawardana and Mrs. Champa Upsena basically accepted that there should be a structural change of the existing system to create a favor environment for the women development rescuing the women who have astringed in the micro credit dept trap. Dr. Harini Amarasuriya mentioned that they will raise this point in the parliament in order to take advocate the policy makers as well.

The women advocacy paper was presented to the chief guests, religious leaders and other representatives from different civil organizations. District women leaders of NAFSO network performed a short drama indicating the impacts of astringing women in the dept trap. Mrs. Lavina Hasanthi, Women Coordinator of NAFSO set the objective of the commemoration, Mr. Herman Kumara, National Convener of NAFSO explained the future advocacy process toward to implement the content of the women advocacy paper. Mr. Jayathilaka Bandara, Musician did the musical intervention to keep the audience live. There were around 150 participants in the event.

NAFSO team from Negombo together with Polonnaruwa Miridiya Organization, Sri Vimukthi Fisher Women Organization and Difso Batticalo Difso Batticalo attended the Women’s continuous Satyagraha began on 8th March at Hingurakgoda demanding to fulfill the President Gotabaya Rajapakse’s promise to Write off all the oppressive micro finance loans of the micro finance companies and to provide financial facilities to women to build their economy.

Amali Wedagedara, a researcher of the  effects of Micro Finance on rural women and their economies said, “according to reliable media reports and based on our information gathered it is revealed around 200 women commit suicide. Situation may be worse than this as the death certificate doesn’t indicate the reason of death due to financial crisis in the families.”

NAFSO has been launched the similar campaign and join hands with the victimized women and rural families demanding 
. Arrange feasible mechanism to get capital for the investment of the women’s industries
. Provide appropriate technology for enhance the quality of production of women
. Systematic arrangement for the marketing facilities for productions of women
NAFSO will continue this campaign focusing women issues while commemorating women’s day on 25th March.

වමේ සියලු දේශපාලන ව්‍යාපාර ක්ෂූද්‍ර ණය අර්බුදයට එරෙහිව එකට සිට ගත් යුතූයි"
ලංකාවේ පැරණි සහ අලුතින් බිහිවූ වමේ ප්‍රගතිශීලී දේශපාලන බලවේග වලට යා හැකිවූයේ නගරයේ, ගමේ සහ මූකලානේ තාර පාර කෙළවර වෙන තැනට පමණි. එහෙත් මේ අවිචාරවත් ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය ආයතන නගරයේ, ගමේ තාර පාර අභිබවා ගුරුපාර, වැලිපාර ඔස්සේ ඒ දන්ඩෙන් එතරව ගොසින් වන මූකලාන වල ඇති සත්ව අඩිපාර දිගේ අහිංසක ජනතාව වෙත ගොස් ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය උගුලට ඔවුන් ව කොටුකර ගෙන ඇති බව ප්‍රගතිශීලී ගොවි ජන සම්මේලනයේ සභාපති කවුඩුල්ලේ ජයතිස්ස මහතා පවසයි.

ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ණය උගුලට හසුව සිටින ගොවි කාන්තාවන් රැක ගැනීමට මැදිහත් වෙන්නයි රජයට බලකරමින් මේ වනවිට හිගුරක්ගොඩ ගුවන් තොටුපල පාර අබියස පැවැත්වෙන සත්‍යග්‍රහය අතරතුර දී ජයතිස්ස ‍මහතා මාධ්යවේදීන් අමතා පැවසීය.

මේ ණය උගුලට අසුවී විසිඅට ලක්ෂයකට ආසන්න පිරිසක් පීඩාව පත්ව සිටින අතර එයින් 243,8000ක්ම කාන්තාවන් වන අතර මේ වනවිට 250කට වැඩි පිරිසක් ණය පීඩනය නිසා සියදිවිනසා ගෙන ඇත.

මෙය මෙම දේශපාලන සහ ආර්ථික ක්‍රමයේ විකෘතියක් බව පවසන ජයතිස්ස මහතා  මෙය වෙනස් කල හැක්කේ වාමවාදී ප්‍රගතිශීලී දේශපාලන ක්‍රියාවලියක් තුලින් පමණක් බව පවසයි.
