Orientation for baseline survey

 

NAFSO has planned a baseline survey in relation to project of Legger in order to assess and indentify the existing economic situation of the women in the areas where the project is implemented in Matara, Galle, Puttalam, Batticaloa and Kilinochchi districts.  NAFSO is going to provide financial assistance for the selected women to open income generation activities as a part of the project in future. The baseline survey was designed to collect the information related to the economic situation of the women.  A questionnaire has been prepared for the baseline survey.

A training was organized for the field staff related to the Legger project in order to give an understanding about the survey as well as questionnaire on 26th of June 2019 at the secretariat of National Fisheries Solidarity Movement. Mr. Kannan in SEPE institution facilitated the training.
